Dear Friends,
Welcome to our publication project, “Expressions from the Father’s Heart: Living the Message”. Through our own personal life history as well as our experiences in leading a healing and equipping ministry for the past several years, we believe that the Father has shared many things with us—particularly as it relates to His heart for His people.
“GLIMPSES” INTO HIS HEART. The Father's Heart Ministry was birthed in 1995 out of a call from the Lord to “heal the brokenhearted and set the captives free” (Lk. 4:18). Each time we have seen the Father heal and release those who come to Him, we get another “glimpse” into His heart. As He has expressed His heart over this period in many different ways, we have many times witnessed Him placing His “message” into each person and they, in turn, become ones who are able to more effectively “live that message.”
RELEASING OUR HEARTS. We have seen the passionate heart of the Father in His desire
to bring forth life and destiny in His people. We have also personally experienced
and have observed the “battle” that exists for these “breakthroughs” to occur. We
know that apart from the resurrection power of the Holy Spirit, no true healing and
freedom can occur, and we expect the fullness of “signs, wonders and miracles” to
be released in even greater measure in the days ahead. We also believe, however,
that the Lord desires to “release our hearts” as He releases His power. We have
seen what we believe is His desire to bring more understanding to what we term, “the
marriage of the soul and the spirit.” As this occurs, we will see more of the transformation
in our lives and in the life of the church that we so desperately need, and we will
walk more completely in fulfilling the greatest commandment—being whole-
A TIME OF PREPARATION. We know that this is a “time of preparation,” and that an
unprecedented revival is coming very soon. We know that we and many are called just
as John the Baptist was called from birth . . . “And you, my child, will be called
a prophet of the Most High; for you will go on before the Lord to prepare the way
for him, to give his people the knowledge of salvation through the forgiveness of
their sins, because of the tender mercy of our God, by which the rising sun will
come to us from heaven to shine on those living in darkness and in the shadow of
death, to guide our feet into the path of peace” (Lk. 1:76-
We welcome you to come along on this journey with us as we prayerfully share our insights, our experiences, our observations, and our stories and invite you to pray along with us for the Father’s revelation and healing love.
