Sharing with you our Writings from "Loving God, Loving Myself"

Dear Friends,

Many of you may be familiar with our book, The Missing Commandment: Love Yourself--How Loving Yourself the Way God Does Can Bring Healing and Freedom to Your Life.

It has been used by many individuals and groups. However, you may not be familiar with our second book, Loving God, Loving Myself--Finding the Heart of the Father in Our Daily Lives. This book consists of over fifty-five short readings that correspond to the chapters in our first book, but it is designed to stand by itself. Some of the writings are inspirational and devotional, while others are informative and instructional--all to help you better understand yourself and your life story.

Though we wrote this book, we have personally found it helpful to go back periodically and share these readings with each other, as they continue to speak to our hearts. We, in turn, would like to also share these with you. As a result, for the next two to three months we are going to begin sending out one of these writings each week and posting it on our blog, "Living From A Healed Heart." Each of the writings are followed by a prayer as well as an opportunity for reflection.

If you prefer to listen rather than read, we will also be providing an audio file for each of the writings. If you open up the email or blog post on your phone (or other device), you will be able to listen to us narrating each writing.

We hope you find this helpful in your ongoing walk with the Father.
